The Set Up Fee includes the
acquisition of a website domain,
e.g. www.eikones.co.uk, design of
the site, publishing the site and
maintaining it for a 12 month
period.
Payment
Payment in full must be made
within one month of our
invoicing you. Invoices are sent
out shortly after the website
goes online. We accept credit
card or debit card payments
through PayPal.
We can also accept payment by
cheque.

Our Logo
A small version of our logo (as above) will
appear at the bottom of the first page of
your site. This links to the EIKONES
website. It can be removed from your
website, if you wish, at the additional cost
of £14.

We are not a large business and so are
not registered for VAT. As a result you
only pay the price shown and no further
amount will be added for VAT or any
other taxes.
Text captions for
images are free.
All other text is priced
in 100 word units.
Up to 100 words on the
website costs £5. The
next 101-200 words will
cost a further £5, and
so on.
One or more images,
of any size, can
appear on any page
of the site.
A Thumbnail with an
Image can only be
associated with a
‘Gallery’ Page.
Flash Animations can
be up to 30 seconds
duration.
They can be played
once, repeated two or
more times, or looped
continuously. You can
choose.
The £140 Set Up Fee is a
one off initial payment
and includes the first
annual £70 Site Fee.
The £70 Site Fee renews
the site for a further
twelve months.
Changes and additions to text
and images can be made
whenever you like, but you are
restricted to one set of
changes and additions a month .
The costs of alterations and
changes are the same as the
costs shown in The Tariff.
There is no charge made for
removing any of your text or
images .
If you would rather not
have our logo on your
site it can be removed
for £14.
